SAT Test
The SAT (Scholastic Assessment Test, earlier it was Scholastic Aptitude Test) is a standardized university admission test conducted by the College Board. The SAT is required to take admission to undergraduate schools. The objective of the test is to measure a high school student's readiness for college. This test assesses the written, verbal, and mathematical skills of the candidates. The SAT score is accepted at many universities in India and around the world especially in the USA, and Canada.
The SAT has three compulsory sections, the Reading section, the Writing and Language section, and the Math section, and the Essay is optional but some high schools and colleges require it. The total SAT score ranges from 400 to 1600. The SAT score report consists of a total score, section scores, test scores, cross-test scores, and sub-scores. The score is valid for five years. To work hard in school is the best way to prepare for the SAT as this test has been designed to test a student’s learning in the school and his/her readiness to succeed in college and workforce training programs.
SAT Subject Test-
SAT Subject Tests are undergraduate college admission tests and assess a student’s knowledge of specific subjects on a high school level. Each subject test is an hour-long with all multiple-choice questions and scored on the 200-800 scale. SAT Subject Tests are generally given six times in any given school year and a student can take one, two, or three Subject Tests on any test date but he/she can’t take the SAT and an SAT Subject Test on the same day.
